Dan Carroll is the Media Relations Director for Dragon Con, the insanely popular multi-genre convention held in Atlanta every Labor Day weekend.
A couple of year ago I sat down with Carroll to ask him about his position, about Dragon Con, and a little bit about himself. I could tell right away why he was the perfect choice for spokesperson of the Con. He’s professional, and takes his job very seriously even though it is a volunteer position. He’s not intimidated, won’t put up with disrespect, and yet he’s funny, witty, and has a charisma that can fill an auditorium.
